When cold jerks when put in reverse. After warmed up it shifts very smooth
OK , I will react to your post. Since this appears to be a 2019 what has the dealer said since you have a warranty ?

Warranty or not, when the engine is cold the idle speed is elevated and you may experience a harsh engagement when shifting from park to reverse or drive.
