There is probably a problem with your door latch or a faulty sensor in the latch.
If it’s still under warranty have the dealer fix it. If the SUV was in an accident that probably voids the warranty.
Yep, identification of the problem is 90% of the solution. So either replace whatever switch turns them on or have a shop do same.
