My back hatch window will not lock and two side doors are constantly shown as opened and therefore the battery is draining every few days. Also the car alarm will not go on when I press the door lock on the key fob and my back windshield wiper does not work.

I would check if the wiring between the body and the rear hatch was damaged. Otherwise probably best to have a shop or someone with access to wiring diagrams check it out.

I agree with @TXdealer. You have two failures involving the hatch. That’s where I’d start the search.
