2019 Hyundai Kona - Can I use this oil?

Is the engine oil “Motion 5W 30” ILSAC GF-6AAPI SP/CFACEA
A3/B4 C3100%
applicable for use on my 2019 Hyundai Kona gas engine?

Your owners manual will answer that. Owners manual will list minimum oil requirements.
Google does not even show Motion brand oil. Out of curiosity, what country do you live in?

I concider this Motion Oil in the same category as Amsoil. All hype with not real benifits. Any name brand 5W 20 or 30 synthetic is fine.

1.6 or 2 liter engine? 5W-30 viscosity is acceptable for either engine. Hyundai says to use A5/B5 oil for the 1.6L engine, probably for the extended oil change interval. You might use a shorter oil change interval for the 1.6L. The API, ILSAC, and ACEA ratings are the latest specs, so you should be OK on that score.

Look at section 8 in the 2019 Hyundai Kona Owner’s Manual:

They call for “ILSAC Latest” or “ILSAC GF-3 or above”.
The Motion oil you show is ILSAC GF-6A, which supersedes GF-3.

Here’s a great explanation for what changes went into the specs between GF-3 and GF-6A.
