How to instrument cluster flickering problem when cold?
the solder around the pins on the instrument cluster circuit board could have cracks and need to be resoldered. when it’s cold the cracks expand and lose connection. if you are still under warranty, bring it to the dealer.

Should still be under warranty, If so, it is Hondas problem, not yours.
