Both left and right side A-pillar post trim cracked. Crack runs horizontal length of trim about half way up. No evidence of impact and appears to be stress or installation related.
One year old truck. Under warranty. Let the dealer fix it.

The same thing happened to my 1986 Taurus, after the bumper-to-bumper warranty had run its course.
I complained to Ford customer service, and the corporate folks paid ~75% of the cost. If I was able to get that courtesy after warranty expiration, surely the OP can have the repair covered in full on his 1 year old fully-warrantied truck.
