My 2018 Toyota Camry has no Heat, the temperature get NEVER gets above COLD.
check your coolant level. it can be low, and you could have air in the system. also, you could have a bad thermostat that is stuck open.
Honestly, not a bad problem to have. In the sense that a mechanic can usually tell you in about 15 minutes what the problem is. And the fix is usually not a big deal comparatively. Circle back and tell us what it was.

My money’s on a bad thermostat but I’m not a mechanic and that’s only a guess.
Yes very likely the thermostat.
I would check the coolant level, too but I would think it would overheat if it was low.
