I really do not understand a question like this . If you are looking a new one it will have a warranty.
Miatas are as close to bulletproof as sports cars get. If you are skillful with a clutch, it will last 150K miles and more, the transmission forever and the engine slightly less than forever. Anything else is maintenance.
