2018 Mazda CX-3 on snowy hills

How is it in snowy hills?

FWD with proper snow/winter tires—good. AWD with proper snow/winter tires very good.

Yep, it comes down to tires. With winter tires I’d drive it most places, as long as the ground clearance was enough. Were are you driving?

The tires need sufficient tread, at least 6/32 in my opinion.

Good to know. I drive a Lexus ES 350. Old @ 2008. I love it still with only 118k miles. I’m looking for a winter rat and then some. One day the Lexus will go. I live on 2 hills that get tricky going up, down also. You helped me, I test drive a 2018 tomorrow.
