2019 Renegade owner, have same issue, changes temps, or turns heat on in the summer and ac on in winter, all on its own. I get out of the car with it set at 68 for AC both side, I get back in and hour or 10 hours later and now the heat is blasting at 80. Weirder issue, It says its in US mode in system settings, yet screens are all showing metric/kilometer , have to take it out of US and then put it back to make it work again.
Sounds like a warranty problem which means a trip to the dealer to me… on either a 3 year old or 2 year old car depending on if the title or text is correct.
