my 2018 hyundai elantra just lost paint on hood of car… I noticed that there was a recall by Hyundai … how do I file a complaint & request for repair…?
Start with the local dealer first so it can be registered as a problem . Then if no help in your owners manual there will be a contact number .
I do not see a recall for your paint. there was a class action lawsuit where the case was dismissed
If there an actual recall, or an extended warranty granted for the paint there is no need to file a complaint. Just take it to the dealership and they will take care of the defect.
Print out the recall or extended warranty information and bring it with you.
