Car would not start after sitting for about three hours. Attempted to start the car and all the warning lights on the instrument cluster came on. At the same time the brake pedal rapidly pulsed (ABS?). Once I stopped trying to start the car a message appeared in the instrument display stating there was a problem with the electric parking brake.
If the battery is too weak to start the engine you can not rely on other systems in the vehicle to operate properly, you may need to replace the battery.
On a 2018 the battery is most likely covered by your 36/36000 warranty.

That is true, but because Honda ended production of that model in 2015, I think that the OP has mis-identified the model year of his vehicle.
