I have owned this car for just two years and it has just over 27K miles on it. Three weeks ago the car starting making a loud keening noise when slowly accelerating and shifting between 30mph and 40mph. The dealer “reset” the transmission which eliminated a slight hesitation but not the noise. On my way to a second appointment with the dealer, I was able to record the noise. A technician drove the car with me in it and then switched drivers with me. Naturally, neither of us could get the noise to occur. Any idea what is causing this noise?
Could be a first start of the day thing, leave it overnight at the dealer 1 thought.
