I really shouldn’t try to help until you make more of an effort to explain your question clearly, but I’ll still ask if you’ve checked the oil level yet.

If you have an Equinox with the 2.4 liter engine you had better be checking the oil at least once a month . These are known to use oil and some people have class actions against GM over this engine for this problem .

3 yr old suv. Low miles? 30k? Probably warranty in effect? And receipts for ALL required oil changes? No worries.
Have you checked the oil level? Most vehicles still have an oil dip stick. If it’s near or below the lower limit, you need more oil. It’s an emergency if you don’t want your engine to fail. If it fails, you will need to replace it.
