2018 Audi R8 - Tire pressure issue

2018 AUDI R8 V10 COUPE
FRONT-245/30/ZR20
REAR- 305/30ZR20
MAX. TIRE PRESSURE ON TIRE IS 50psi.
Placard on door jamb states 49psi F & 41 R . These are Pirelli p zero tires and here California they have generated approx 3-6 more psi on HOT DAYS.
What you think could be a mid range psi so I don’t go overboard on this mid engine AWD.

Set the cold tire pressure as shown on the tire information placard in the door jam. Don’t be concerned about the the maximum load/pressure rating on the tire, that is also a cold rating and it is expected that the tire pressure will rise 5 to 6 PSI during use.

With a car like that, I suggest that you stick with the recommended pressures so that the car handles the way the designers intended.

Use the cold pressure on the placard the info is there for a reason. If that’s too confusing get a less complicated car.

It’s pressure in a cold tires. If these tires are recommended for use on this vehicle by the manufacturer don’t worry about it. Just set the recommended pressure in cold tires
