2017 Chrysler Pacifica has mysterious headlight blob

I have a blob of melted and hardened plastic on the out side of my head light lens with spider cracks on the inside around the blob. My Chrysler dealer is baffled. The blob is on the pass.side and also have some spider cracks in the same area on the driver.side. Could a head light over heat and melt plastic. Need help in solving this mystery.

please post some pictures

Are they the stock factory style bulbs and lights?

Does this vehicle park facing the sun (to the south)? I’m wondering if for some reason the headlight actually acts as a concave mirror and roasts the lens.
