Radio malfunction and screen delamination
Chrysler/Dodge/Ram have had radio problems for a years.
As far as the radio Chrysler has issued more than 45 technical service bulletins to authorized dealers. Furthermore, they have sent out multiple over-the-air updates. Some of them worsened the problems and resulted in the system rebooting every 45 seconds. You can call your local dealer and see if they will help out being this is a ongoing problem that they know about. It cannot hurt to call and see.
As far as the delamination, this is another well-known problem
The dreaded digitizer bubble! If your touchscreen has a bubble forming at the top, this will only get worse. It’s a VERY Common problem with 8.4 Uconnect radios across all platforms. It is fixable. If you have a warranty or extended warranty, some dealers will replace the radio, some won’t. If you look up YouTube videos on Uconnect Touchscreen delamination, it will show you how to fix it yourself with little money if your handy with tools.
