I have a 2017 Chevy Cruz it Has five thousand miles .i went to get my oil changed .and they wanted me to get a oil flush.do I need it or do they just want my money.
You don’t say who “they” is but you don’t need an oil flush. But, if this is the first oil change in 2 years, stop waiting that long. Change it at least once a year.
If you are having this done at any quickie lube of any type, check your oil level before you drive away and never go back to any of these type shops again because … #1 they try and upsell you stuff you don’t need and #2 many are just incompetent. They will leave stuff loose, forget to fill your oil properly and damage things and deny they ever did that.
