My Bluetooth is not working, I can hear others talking to me, but they can’t hear me, what could cause this problem.
Maybe your microphone is muted, inadvertent button press, etc.

I suspect George above is on the right track. When I have trouble with Bluetooth in test vehicles, sometimes going into settings, having the car forget my phone, and then re-pairing (hah repairing) the phone seems to cure a lot of glitches. Bothersome, I know.
