Over night battery drains and car wont stop but dealership cannot find a problem
What do you mean by car won’t stop?
Did the dealer do a parasitic drain test? Did they charge you money but not find the problem?
Assuming that the trouble is really caused by a current drain it should be no problem for any good shop to find the problem because that is a sizable current drain if a fully charged battery is getting drained overnight. There are also other problems that can may make it seem the battery has been drained but really has a good charge still, like a bad battery connection.
Won’t stop doing what? Normally, when I hear that a vehicle won’t stop, I assume the brakes are bad.

An electrical problem can be very annoying.
On the other hand, a vehicle that won’t stop can be… fatal… for its occupants.
