wind jammer sagging and broken. can i just remove it for good?

I agree with weekend-warrior, you need to post a picture of what you are taking about, or better explain what you are calling a wind jammer…
If you mean the plastic air dam under the front bumper, yes you can remove it.
Doing so might result in slighty worse fuel mileage.

We were cautioned with our Silhouette to keep the front air dam in place to aid in cooling the engine.
