My slaiding door is locked and will not open manual or push button
You don’t provide much detail, like if there was anything going on before this. If you had to disconnect the battery or the battery ran down, then the door may need to be reset. Is it making any noise when you press the door button? Is there a lockout for the door? (My Sienna has a lock out button on the dashboard to prevent kids from trying to open it.) Did you have multiple buttons for opening the door and have you tried them all?
Check in your owners manual for a power door reset procedure and try that.
