I have a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country. I’ve noticed there is no dipstick to check the Automatic transmission fluid. The service tech at my Chrysler dealership told me it is because it’s a “sealed system “ How the heck would I ever know if my transmission fluid is at the proper level if I can’t check it?
It would stop moving if the fluid got low enough. This is not something to worry about.
You don’t need to check it until you see a red oil stain on place you park it. As for “sealed” No, it is not sealed. There IS a dipstick and it is accessed from under the vehicle.
You need to get a special dip stick to check the transmission fluid level.

Convenient isn’t it ?
