I am having the same problems, what was the issue?

The radio and backup camera on my 2016 Chevy Trax stopped working then a couple of days later the car wouldn’t start.

As a top of the head guess, I’d say your alternator is probably bad. Either that or whatever is wrong with the radio drained your battery. Check the battery cables to make sure the connections are clean and tight, then see if the vehicle will start with a jump. Have the battery and alternator tested and if one or the other is bad have it replaced.
