A new evaporator was installed in 2015 Camry to fix air conditioner that was not blowing cool air. Now the drivers seat remains heated even when turned off-why?
Broken switch, maybe. Shorted wire maybe. Impossible to diagnose over tne internet. Take it to a good repair shop.

Take it back to wherever the evaporator was replaced. If I remember correctly the console where the seat switches are has to be removed. Along with 99% of the dashboard. A lot of things could have gone wrong during reassembly.
