The “Find Address” on my gps rarely lights up as a option. The prevents me from keying in destination addresses. Is there a fix?
Unlikely, when these systems fail generally the only fix is replacement.
Unlikely to help, but you might try pulling the fuse for the GPS, wait a minute, then reinstall, might reboot the system. But I doubt it.
You might call the dealership or search online for any service bulletins or software updates.

I’d step back and re-read the entire section on the GPS. I would also ask the dealer to have their infotainment Guru call you. Perhaps the problem is just the way the menus are being used?
Are you trying to key it in while driving? Try pulling over first and then enter addresses. I’m betting it is disabled as a safety feature…
