You need a shop to solve this as air conditioner work is not really a do it yourself item . And you have more serious problems than can be solved over the internet.
What do you mean, “does not work”? If the fan doesn’t blow that could be a bad switch or blown fuse. If that’s the case any independent shop should be able to fix it.
