How many miles on the truck?
It’s a pickup truck. It’s not going to ride like a Cadillac.

Check the stabelizer links if applicable.
Denali’s had magnetic ride which rides better but at a cost when you need new shocks.
Recent issue? Did it last year? 2 years ago?
