After having transmission replaced and exhaust manifold bolts replaced, should i expect other expensive problems? i have 97K miles on this vehicle.

Might get a little better answer if we knew what engine (3.6 V6 or 5.7 V8) you have and if RWD or 4x4… As well as if you have the 66RFE (6 speed auto) or the ZF8HP45 (V6) or the ZF8HP70 (5.7 Hemi) (8 speed autos)…

Judging by the relative number of complaints you could well have more problems yet to come, it’s the worst recent year for the Ram 1500.
