Drivers side vents only blow ambient temperature when set at full cold temperature. It will blow hot air when set to full hot. Passenger side vents work OK.
If you also hear a clicking or ticking sound from the dashboard, it probably means a gear in the blend door actuator is faulty and the actuator needs to be replaced.
