Car suddenly stalled in the road when trying to move with traffic through a stop light. Got car into a parking lot and noted that it stated there was an engine failure. What would this be?
2014 Ford Escape Titanium 4WD. Second owner, had previously been my mother’s car. 61,000 miles

This is a known problem affecting Escapes. Your Ford dealer might have resources such as technical service bulletins that will help. Take it in ASAP.
