Sounds like you need to find an Automotive Electrical Shop, that specializes in electrical problems, they will find the issue and repair it… I have sent many customers to the one in my area…

From what I’ve seen here why weren’t you the one to diagnose the problems? You seem more electrically knowledgeable than many “experts” I’ve run in to.
