Your car ran into deep water by itself ? If you are on the web asking for help you need to tow it to a garage and also call your insurance if you have full coverage .

It is entirely possible that water was ingested into the engine, and that can result in Hydrolocking–which is frequently fatal to the engine. As a result, I’m not surprised by the no-start condition.
The first step is to have it towed to a competent mechanic’s shop. Please log back into this thread to update us with the mechanic’s diagnosis.
