Anti freeze in washer reservoir
Ok, is this an observation or do you actually have a question .

Are you saying there is antifreeze in the washer reservoir or asking whether you should put antifreeze in it? Either way it shouldn’t be there. There is washer fluid with antifreezing properties, for winter use if that’s what you mean.

Who put it there? Doesn’t matter, Clean it out.
Remove reservoir, empty it, refill with winter version of washer fluid.
May be good idea to check your blinker fluid & muffler bearings. (jk)
