2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid reliability

How reliable has this car been and are repair costs high? I’m looking at one with 78,000 miles.

Thanks!

There are a few complaints, mainly about fuel economy.

Expect to spend about 25% more than a Camry hybrid for maintenance and repairs. It seems to me that makes the Fusion a fairly reliable car, but you should still get a prepurchase inspection by a mechanic you trust.

I have the 2011, it’s been reliable through 70k miles, except for front suspension bushing replacement. The fueleconomy.gov web site reports 40.2 mpg average from 100 drivers, pretty good:

I get 36-37 mpg with mine.
