I have Buick Verano 2013 with 135000 miles. But it is shaking when in stop light or slow down. Sometimes it shuts and the steering becomes tight. I have the engine light on. Before if I change the oil it used to disappear but not recently
The check engine light is on for a reason. If the car is idling rough it’s because there’s a problem. And if the light goes off when you have the oil changed that’s an indication that you’re neglecting basic maintenance like checking the oil. Have a good independent mechanic read the code(s) causing the check engine light to come on and see what he says. You can post the codes here if you want our input or if you just want to let us know.
