2012 Mazda Mazda3 U1055 code

I have a Check Engine Light on in my 2012 MAZDA3 i Touring 4dr Sedan.
Error OBD2 Code U1055 - Not communicating to ICP.
I have checked all fuses and “reset” the car computer by disconnecting the Neutral and draining the cars capacitors.
What is the next step? Checking for Grounds, inspecting the cable? Where would the cable be for this connection?
