I have a 2012 Lexus GX that asks for premium gas. It seems to run fine on regular gas although I don’t have a lead foot. Are there any long term risks to using regular gas (fuel injectors etc) ?
Yes, burned valves or pistons… VERY expensive to repair. Is it worth it to you to save $5 a fill-up?

Another one that buys an expensive luxury car and then balks at spending the few bucks extra for the required fuel.
