My drivers side floor stays wet all the time

Use a fan to dry it all out. Then watch carefully exactly what circumstances cause the water. Examples:

1. Parked in the dry
2. Parked in the rain
3. Driving in the dry
4. Driving in the rain
5. Driving on a wet road without rain
6. Water comes quickly, or just slowly.
