My Ford Focus engine stop while driving and the censor said engine malfunctioned . I started it back up and now the engine censor stays on?
An engine sensor is attached to motor. The dashboard may illuminate with warning lights, symbols, or even a short message. Malfunction is not a warning I like to see.
I’m going to assume when you say “censor” you mean the Check Engine light. Yes, it’s indicating a malfunction and a mechanic–or even some parts stores–can read the codes that were stored and tell you what the malfunction is. Then you can have it fixed.
