Mildly aggressive brakes use often results producing a ‘clunk’ sound upon end of vehicle stop (termination).
Worn sway bar bushing/end links, ball joints. name it?
Take it in to get checked out.

Thanks for providing a logical possibility. I’ll be informing the vehicle owner soon.
Too much play in some part of the driveline can cause this too. First step, ask shop to visually check driveline path from the transmission to the drive- wheels. Brake system problem should be considered a possibility too, but seems less likely than the suspension or driveline theories.
If I ventured to make a guess, problematic strut or ball-joint.
