I can pair the phone to the car however the bluetooth indicator light fails to come on and the warning I got was no bluetooth. Is there a way to turn the bluetooth on and off and if so how do you do it? If not can you tell me where I can get it repaired?

Since we have no idea where you are just call your local dealer and ask them where a repair place might be to solve this .
The Owner’s Manual doesn’t mention turning Bluetooth off/on that I can find but you might be able to find it by pressing the “Sel/Menu” button on your radio and looking for that option. If that doesn’t do it I’d try a car stereo shop. Depending on the vehicle, the Bluetooth transponder is in the radio, in the dash, in the center console, etc. and I have no clue where yours is.
