I don’t drive my car much and I need something to help keep the battery charged. Is the something I can get to keep it charged???
You can buy a trickle charger from any auto parts store, Walmart, Harbor Freight, etc. Or from Amazon/eBay. You can even buy a solar powered one in case you can’t plug it in.

An automotive battery charger will keep the battery charged.
The simple answer is to get a trickle charger and plug it into an extension cord, but if you live in an apartment or a condominium, you can put a small solar charger on your dashboard and run a cable to your battery.
