Sliding door won’t stay open. It opens and then recloses by it’s self, instead of staying open.

You are not alone, there are multiple complaints about the sliding doors on Chrysler mini vans.
I have regular sliding doors but had to replace the locking actuator. Extreme PITA, dealers want $600 to $900, more for the auto open/close. Lots of labor involved. The part was $70 but I spent 6 hours on it.
On the door ends you will see some contacts and where the door closes into there will be mating contacts. Try taking a pencil eraser and or contact cleaner to clean them. It may help.
