My 2010 Ford Transit connect van spark plug broke in the hole. I had two different mechanics try to fix it but nothing works. Please help!

The plug is still in there?
Or the plug is out, and now the threads are buggered up?
If the plug is already out, time-sert is the way to go, in my opinion
