when i have the defrost/heat on in my van it doesn’t defrost all the way. it worked all up until a week ago.
Could you tell me what the problem could be?
Your blend door actuator might not be operating properly. it might only be letting the blend door to open slightly instead of all the way.

Also ask shop to verify engine coolant is reaching normal operating temperature. Do you have a dashboard coolant temp gauge? What is it saying?
