2010 2011 2012 Ford Fusion finding correct transmission mount

On Rockauto if I go to Ford > 2010-2012 > Fusion > 2.3L L4 > Transmission automatic > Transmission mount > it shows several options ranging from $50 to $63. The Anchor brand says CVT but I didn’t select the 2.5L ELECTRIC/GAS option so that must be a mistake. The listed transmission mounts list compatibility for 2010-2012

If I go to Ford > 2009 (or earlier) > Fusion > 2.3L L4 > Transmission automatic > Transmission mount > it shows several options ranging from $34 to $40. They list compatibility from 2006 to 2012. But these parts don’t show up in the list when I select 2012 for the car.

I already bought an Anchor brand for the engine side. If the parts for the older car says it is compatible until 2012 can I buy that cheaper one?

The old engine mount was 13 years old and 161k miles and well overdue. Part of the rubber on top that is about 3/16 thick just tore apart with ease. Whatever they did to tires to make them not last long they must have done to this engine mount rubber as well.

I wonder if they updated the transmission mount even if it still physically fits. I guess Anchor doesn’t make a transmission mount for the updated 2010-2012 version, except for the hybrid. The paint quality on the Anchor engine mount is quite poor.

If you open the hood, you;ll find the emission sticker that reflects the year of your vehicle.

Now go to rock auto and under automatic transmission select transmission mount,

This is the one I found for a 2011.

Tester

Can I use the cheaper ones listed on the 2009 and earlier since if you click on the part number in Rockauto it shows that it is compatible up until 2012?

The car is a 2012.

Looks the same for a 2012.

Concur w/Tester’s advice. RockAuto seems to take more care than most auto-parts websites to show the options for the parts that fit the particular make/model/year/config of the car. They are obviously going to a lot of effort to achieve this purpose. Once you know the exact part number that fits, you can still search around for other vendors, including your local auto parts stores, if you prefer.

The mounts are different: 2009 has mounting tabs, 2012 has a bolt hole.
