lost power steering (but did not stall) while turning at low speed, battery and seatbelt lights came on momentarily. possible low rpm issue?
Next time watch your tachometer. More likely a charging system or battery problem, you can have them tested for free at many auto parts store. It could be the serpentine belt needs replacing. It might be slipping if your power steering is driven by the belt. There is also the possibility something driven by the serpentine belt is dragging and putting extra load on the belt.
