would low oil cause all electric shut off
no. even if the oil was so low that it caused the engine to lock up, you would still have power to your lights, radio ect.
How low is “low”?
Does that mean… down by 2 qts… or does it mean almost no oil was left?
Are you referring to the electrical supply to the starter, or to the accessories, or to everything?

If my 07 Silverado goes even one quart low, it sets off a display warning on the odometer and rings a chime at start up, but it does not cut off power. So just how low did it go and how long did you ignore the display and chime.
