Sometimes when I start my car it doesn’t have much power. When I shift up I can’t pick up speed and in neutral stepping on the gas pedal seems to cause the tachometer to increase but there’s no roar to the engine. But when I turn the engine off and start It again it will run normal. I am illitterate when it comes to cars so I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks!

No, the CEL doesn’t come on.
Hmm, I am at a loss, but hopefully someone else can give you some ideas.
There could be stored code’s without the CEL coming on.
